Our services include support with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and healthy eating, as well as help accessing the local community, employment, and educational opportunities.
Supported Living
We provide supported living services across a variety of welcoming homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life. .
Animal Therapy
Disadvantaged and vulnerable people have the chance to build relationships with animals and gain experience whilst learning about them and how to look after them.

Caz Warner Company Director.
Hi, I’m Caz and I am the Director of Luminia Support. I have over 34 years of experience in Health & Social care. I have devoted my career to supporting individuals and communities through compassion & guidance. My professional journey began as a support worker, I then gained qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, where I developed a solid foundation in person centred care & gained invaluable insight into the complexities of mental health challenges. Seeking to broaden my skill set & deepen my understanding, I qualified further in psychological counselling. This additional expertise allows me to provide holisitic support, addressing both the physical & emotional wellbeing of those I work with. In 2019, New Futures Support was established with a vision to offer innovative & responsive services within the sector. Thanks to the dedication of our team & the trust of those we serve, the organisation experienced significant growth, leading to the opening of 2 further branches under the New Futures umbrella. Our continued expansion is testament to the passion & commitment that drives our work, and I am proud to own an organisation that truly makes a difference in peoples lives.

Specialising in supported living, 1-1 sessions and community outreach, we provide personalised support for those facing mental health challenges, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities — and our services are fully tailored to meet your unique needs.
We have a qualified and experienced team that operates a person-centred approach, where each service user receives their own individualised care plan specific to their needs and personality.
Our management team have over 30 years experience working within the support and care industry. This also includes Mental Health Nursing, Psychology and Counselling, plus Post stroke care and Animal care.
